ESL With Jake

Yesterday, we were together in the afternoon, playing with a ball in the park. I asked my friend, “Would you like to play a game together?” She said, “Yes, I would like to play a game.” We were near the tall tree, and there was something behind the trees. 

My friend said, “I want to clean the park before we start.” We took some newspapers and began cleaning. We were busy, and we heard music coming from an ad. The ad said that a great band will play at the park this weekend. It was exciting! 

We cleaned, and when we finished, my friend said, “Now it looks better.” We sat on the grass and enjoyed the clean park. Then we started the game. Every player had fun, and we listened to the people playing in the park. Before leaving, we said that we will play a game next week too. I said, “See you then!”
