In January, school was easy to understand. Classes began on the first Monday of the month. And we had fifteen weeks until the end of May. In the evenings we did homework and studied. Fridays were different because we often had fun things to do. For example we often had sports or music band practice.
In February, we had a long weekend. The students had a nice, long time with no school. The weather in March started to change. There was both rain and sun. In April, we studied for important tests. May was the end of the school year.
In June and July, we enjoyed the time in the summer with no school. It was a time for vacations to the beach, and afternoons in the sun. In August school started again. Students started going to school again. Each year we learned more things and did fun things.
