Good afternoon, students! I would like to invite you all to a New Year’s party at the school. This is a small village but we know how to have a party. We will have a car to take us there, and we will have a great time. There will be snow. Please wear warm clothes.

At the party there will be music, dancing, and a lot of fun things. There will also be food and drinks. There will be rice, beans and soup. There will also be juice, tea and coffee. Please wear your best clothes and be ready for an exciting night.

After the party, all the students will go to the park near the river. We will do things that are fun in the winter. We will play games in the snow. Then we will watch the animals and birds swimming in the cold river. Please wear warm coats and boots.

One student asked a question. “Excuse me, teacher, how many students can come to the party?” The teacher answered, “We have twenty students in our class this year. I invite all twenty of you to the party. It will be the best New Year’s party!”

“Don’t forget to take your homework to the party. We will have a small test at the party.” The students asked, “We have a test at the party?” The teacher said, “No, there will not be a test at the party. Enjoy the party, and happy New Year!” The students said, “Thank you, teacher! See you!”
